A taster selection of great products all made within the boundaries of the Scot's region of Ayrshire.

• Blackthorn - use 100% west coast sea water and nothing else. There are no illusions: no adding, no seeding, no bleaching, just pure Scottish sea salt.
• Threepwood Fayre – Chocolate Gingers – Based in Beith, North Ayrshire, Threepwood Fayre have been making handmade chocolates since 1989. The chocolate gingers consist of dense pieces of crystallised Stem Ginger bound by a Mysterious Fudge and enclosed in a Chocolate coating. 100g
• Graeme’s Honey – Based in Catrine in East Ayrshire, Graeme is an artisan honey producer. A lovely floral honey. 227g
• Ayrshire Riviera Cider – Based in Troon, South Ayrshire, Rivera cider is a small batch craft cider made using only apples and yeast. There are no preservatives, flavourings or sugar added. – 330ml (6% abv)
